After many years in the corporate world - first in the banking sector and later in cybersecurity - I discovered that my true passion lies in people, processes, and client experience. My focus has always been on understanding clients, improving systems, resolving challenges, and making sure that people love where they work and what they do.

But over time, I realized something important: you can’t leave all the fun, structure, and growth to the corporate world. Small businesses deserve that too.
